Phase 1 – Bricks
The Kalangu community partnered with the Emmeline Cook community in Oshkosh, WI with the goal of constructing a new classroom at Kalangu. Throughout 2017 and 2018, Emmeline Cook students, parents, and teachers raised funds to purchase bags of cement. Kalangu parents used the cement to make concrete bricks for construction.
